Avoid websites with Flash - they don't work.
No, there is nothing wrong with your phone. Unfortunately it seems that Apple's iPhone still doesn't support Adobe Flash, so you won't be able to access these sites. Best thing to do is make sure you let Apple know that you want an Adobe Flash plugin for the iPhone, so they actually get their act together and make it happen.
