Use VPN software

I found this absolutely fantastic way of accessing nbcolympics.com. Download HotSpotShield from AnchorFree, install and run it, click on the icon and choose "connect", then access www.nbcolympics.com. HotSpot Shield is available for Macs as well.

Remember to click to "disconnect" if you want to access webpages normally and not through USA.

Note you can get silverlight for mac here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/development_tools/silverlight.html or http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/silverlight/bb419316.aspx
